Queue Management System Upgrade – Foreign Labor Department

Astech Maldives was selected by the Ministry of Homeland Security & Information Technology to modernize the queue management system at the Department of Foreign Labor, located on Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Malé.

With increasing demand for efficient service delivery and visitor management, the goal was to enhance the flow and handling of customers at the Foreign Labor office using an upgraded and reconfigured QueueBee solution.

Our Solution

Astech Maldives deployed a full QueueBee Queue Management System tailored to the department’s workflow. The solution included:

Structured network cabling from the server rack to the kiosk and TV signage.
Installation and configuration of the QueueBee software and hardware.
Custom TV display template design for improved visual guidance.
Setup for 4 service counters, 1 self-service kiosk, and 1 TV display to streamline customer queuing and service handling.
